I create and facilitate learning experiences that move beyond information delivery. My approach combines sound instructional design with engaging facilitation, practical application, meaningful interaction, and measurable outcomes.
Whether I'm leading a live training session, developing a workshop, creating facilitator resources, or designing a digital learning experience, my goal is the same: help people understand what matters, practice what they've learned, and confidently apply it.
My instructional design background enables me to see the entire learning ecosystem. My focus is increasingly on the human side of that ecosystem: the facilitator, the learner, the conversation, and the moment when learning becomes action.
